How to Know if You’re Eligible?

CHS provides assistance to individuals and their families eligible for Medicaid in the state of Massachusetts. Determine your eligibility by reaching out today or researching available programs in your state. If you meet the following criteria, you might qualify for assistance and compensation through Structured Family Caregiving:

The individual you are caring for is 18 years or older.
They are a relative or friend.
They reside in the same household as you.
They are eligible for Medicaid.
They require assistance with daily tasks such as dressing, or bathing .
If you’re caring of an individual with disability of mental illness.
